Amanda - Lead Exercise Specialist

Amanda Kempa was born and raised in South New Jersey just outside of Philadelphia. She attended the University of Delaware where she received her Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science. Amanda is well traveled thanks to her Marine Corps Aviator husband. Throughout her travels she has worked in a variety of physical therapy settings to include a hospital, women's health clinic, orthopedic clinic, nursing home, and chiropractic office. In her free time, Amanda loves to go on hikes with her German Shepherd and take him to the beach. When hockey season comes around, Amanda will talk your ear off about her favorite team the Philadelphia Flyers. Additionally, she is very passionate about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, so she will always have your back.
