Lisette - Lead Exercise Specialist

Lisette is a graduate of California State University, Fresno where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Health and Rehabilitation Sciences option in Pre-Physical Therapy with a minor in Kinesiology- Sports Coaching. Lisette is currently attending University of St. Augustine in San Marcos earning her doctorate degree in physical therapy. She has attained most of her experience in physical therapy through volunteering and working as an Exercise Specialist for the past five years. Lisette has also done some personal training in the past. She enjoy traveling and playing sports, especially soccer. Lisette also enjoys interacting with people which makes what she does at Proactive incredibly enjoyable.
