Rachel - Physical Therapist Assistant

PTA

Rachel was raised in Fallbrook before moving to Seattle, Washington to pursue education as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Pima Medical Institute. She has worked as a PTA for 6 years in Phoenix, AZ and San Antonio, Texas but the beach and family finally called her home to Carlsbad. She is currently certified in kinesotaping and is working on getting a certification in Aquatic therapy.

Patch Adams is a mentor for Rachel. She loves to laugh and has learned that laughing is an important part of healing. She has plans to attend his Gesundheit! Institute to learn how to make Laugh Therapy a part of Physical Therapy. In her free time, Rachel likes to read and watch Doctor Who, as well as spend time at the beach with her husband, Josh, and dog, Luke.
