ProActive’s Mission Valley Clinic boasts a spacious, welcoming clinic complete with state-of-the-art amenities. This bright, family-like clinic features a private treatment room, an exercise floor, and a dedicated hand therapy area. This clinic is located conveniently just east off the 15 freeway by Aero Drive and Ruffin Road and features astounding views of private planes landing at the Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport. The ProActive team has vast experience treating a wide range of conditions from professional athletes to weekend warriors and everything in between.
From the I-15, exit Aero Drive and turn west onto Aero Drive. Turn right onto Ruffin Road. Turn left into 3704 Ruffin Road (look for the YMCA sign). Continue up the hill, clinic is to the left.
Our Mission Valley clinic offers comprehensive physical therapy and occupational (hand) therapy. The therapists at this clinic have vast experience treating a wide variety of injuries, and will get you back on your feet in no time!

Bailey moved to California to continue her college career at the University of Saint Katherine, where she also played indoor volleyball as a Firebird. Full BioTim was born in Colorado but grew up in Chehalis, Washington. He attended Western Washington University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. His interest in the field is thanks to a very active lifestyle growing up, including lots of running, hiking, snowboarding, and camping. Tim moved to San Diego in 2020 and has been with ProActive since 2021 where he started as an Exercise Specialist and took over the Patient Care Coordinator position at the end of 2022. He loves working in Physical Therapy and being a part of a patient's rehabilitation process and helping in their journey of getting back to the sport, hobby, and lifestyle they love. His goal is to go back to school to become either a PT or a PA. Outside of work, Tim loves to play Ultimate Frisbee and Tennis, try out new food spots in San Diego, and beat his friends in Mario Kart. Khoa is a licensed Physical Therapist, having completed his degree at California State University, Sacramento. His final clinical rotation took place at ProActive National City Physical Therapy Clinic, where he treated patients with a variety of conditions, including neck pain, low back pain, and shoulder pain.
