ProActive’s Rancho Bernardo location is proud to offer a warm, spacious clinic complete with state-of-the-art luxuries only afforded to the best clinics in town. This welcoming location features private treatment rooms, an exercise floor, and a hand therapy area. This location is conveniently on World Trade Drive near Carmel Mountain Road, only a few minutes from the 15 freeway. The ProActive team has vast experience treating a wide range of conditions from professional athletes to weekend warriors and everything in between.
Take exit 24 onto Rancho Bernardo Rd. If exiting from I-15 South, take a right onto Rancho Bernardo Rd. If exiting from I-15 North, take a left onto Rancho Bernardo Rd. Stay on Rancho Bernardo Rd for about 1 mile, then turn left onto Via Del Campo. Take Via Del Campo to this first stop sign, turn right, then take another immediate right into the parking lot. Our building is the first building on the righthand side of Via Del Campo, and our suite is located on the second floor.
Our Rancho Bernardo clinic offers comprehensive physical therapy, occupational (hand) therapy, and aquatic therapy. The therapists at this clinic have vast experience treating a wide variety of injuries, and will get you back on your feet in no time!
Occupational therapists specialize in the treatment of hands and elbows. Physical therapists specialize in all other injuries that occur around the body. While physical and occupational therapy take place inside the clinic, aquatic therapy takes place in a pool, which has buoyancy benefits for those with injuries which may not be ready for land-based therapy.
