ProActive’s Vista location is proud to offer a spacious 4400 square foot clinic that boasts state-of-the-art amenities. This bright and lively clinic features private treatment rooms, an exercise floor, a private hand treatment room, and treatment specific equipment such as parallel bars. This clinic is conveniently located minutes from the 78 freeway off of South Santa Fe Ave. The ProActive team has vast experience treating a wide variety of conditions seen in everyone from professional athletes to weekend warriors and everything in between.
From the I-78, exit Civic Center Drive. Turn north onto Civic Center Drive. Turn right onto S. Santa Fe Drive. Turn left onto Service Place (look for Midas & Discount Tires). Our clinic is located at the end of the cul de sac.
