ProActive’s Vista location is proud to offer a spacious 4400 square foot clinic that boasts state-of-the-art amenities. This bright and lively clinic features private treatment rooms, an exercise floor, a private hand treatment room, and treatment specific equipment such as parallel bars. This clinic is conveniently located minutes from the 78 freeway off of South Santa Fe Ave. The ProActive team has vast experience treating a wide variety of conditions seen in everyone from professional athletes to weekend warriors and everything in between.
From the I-78, exit Civic Center Drive. Turn north onto Civic Center Drive. Turn right onto S. Santa Fe Drive. Turn left onto Service Place (look for Midas & Discount Tires). Our clinic is located at the end of the cul de sac.
Our Vista clinic offers comprehensive physical therapy and occupational (hand) therapy. The therapists at this clinic have vast experience treating a wide variety of injuries, and will get you back on your feet in no time!

Darian is the Vice President, Physician, and Attorney Liaison at ProActive Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, Inc. Bailey was born in Abington, Pennsylvania and was raised in Gilbert, Arizona for most of her life. Tim was born in Colorado but grew up in Chehalis, Washington. He attended Western Washington University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. His interest in the field is thanks to a very active lifestyle growing up, including lots of running, hiking, snowboarding, and camping. Tim moved to San Diego in 2020 and has been with ProActive since 2021 where he started as an Exercise Specialist and took over the Patient Care Coordinator position at the end of 2022. He loves working in Physical Therapy and being a part of a patient's rehabilitation process and helping in their journey of getting back to the sport, hobby, and lifestyle they love. His goal is to go back to school to become either a PT or a PA. Outside of work, Tim loves to play Ultimate Frisbee and Tennis, try out new food spots in San Diego, and beat his friends in Mario Kart.
